I recently stayed at Woodcliff for a night and found it to be a very classy hotel with a beautiful ambiance. However, the experience was marred by some loud guests and disturbances that I wouldn't expect at such an upscale venue. While the staff was friendly and the check-in process was quick, I had hoped for a quieter environment. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its aesthetics but might think twice if I'm seeking a peaceful getaway.

My experience at Woodcliff Hotel & Spa was quite frustrating, especially on my wedding day. While the spa staff was exceptional and the suites were lovely, I faced serious issues with the restaurant service and billing process. The location has potential for exploring nearby attractions, but the noise levels were bothersome during the night. Overall, I had high hopes, but specific incidents ruined what should have been a joyous occasion.

I’ve been a loyal visitor at Woodcliff for years and appreciate its clean, inviting atmosphere and wonderful service. The staff has always been helpful, making my stays enjoyable. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the coffee bar was quite unpleasant, which dampened an otherwise great visit. I love the setting and amenities, but that one incident really stood out as a negative.
